RETURN POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of RECEIVING your purchase in the mail. The item(s) must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition. A refund will not be issued if this criteria is not met. Additionally, we do not accept returns/exchanges nor give refunds for items damaged by improper care. 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest paying for shipping insurance for the safest possible return.

All sale items are final sale.

If all the conditions for a return/exchange are met, a refund for the merchandise and taxes will be given, however shipping and handling for the delivery will not be refunded unless the item is defective. (Note: all other requirements for returns/exchanges apply to defective items.)

Refunds will be issued with the same payment method that was used in the original transaction.

SHIPPING

$9.50 flat rate shipping (U.S. & Canada)

Express shipping is available for extra cost. For express shipping requests, please contact us at sakurasakurasf@gmail.com

Item(s) will be shipped via USPS Priority mail within a week of acceptance of payment; you will receive the tracking number by email.

Please note that it is not possible for us to guarantee delivery times. Due to the effects of COVID-19, all international shipments are extensively delayed. As of May 2021, our international orders are taking 2~8 weeks for delivery. We are at the mercy of the US Postal Service, and the time that it takes them to deliver your shipment is unpredictable. We have seen a Priority Mail shipment take 10 days to travel from Colorado to California even though the USPS states that Priority Mail shipments "are delivered in an average of 2-3 days to any destination" (quoted from the USPS.com website).

 

For International Customers

Due to the effects of COVID-19, we are unable to ship international shipments until further notice. Please contact sakurasakurasf@gmail.com or contactsakurasakura@gmail.com for international shipment inquiries (excluding Canada). We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and continued support.

****You may be subject to taxes, duties and custom fees depending on the regulation in your country, which will be customer responsibility.

****We do not accept responsibility for incorrect addresses, shipping carrier errors/delays, and/or items damaged during shipment. Should such a situation occur, you are responsible for filing claims with the shipping carrier.
